TERMS

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All prices are FOB our warehouse (Sainte-Foy, Québec).
• All taxes (GST and PST) are not included. However, if the legislation regarding taxes were to change, our prices would be revised accordingly.
• Any club, association or independent organization will have to pay 50% when giving the order and 50% upon delivery.
• For any order of less than 100$, 10$ will be charged for administrative expenses.
• An order or agreement will only be valid after it has been accepted by the company.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• The buyer has to assume the shipping of the goods. In case of loss or damage, the buyer has to check on receiving and send a complaint to the carrier.
• Any late delivery cannot lead to penalties or order cancellation, delivery being done in the shortest possible period of time.
• Any claim regarding missing goods has to be made within the five days following delivery.
• Any partial delivery will be billed separately.
• COD's will be charged X$ (12$ or more), amount charged to us by Purolator.
• The delivery of heavy material will be charged to the customer, unless Groupe Sports-Inter Plus management has stated otherwise.

RETURN OF GOODS / CLAIMS

• No goods can be returned without any prior authorization. The authorization number has to be written on the returned parcels. Moreover, any return of goods will be subjected to a charge of 15% of its price for handling and putting back to inventory. The return of goods has to be prepaid.
• The product warranty covers only the product itself, the freight to return the goods will be paid by the customer.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Even with all the care we took in making the catalogue, some errors might have been missed. In such a case, we reserve the right to do any modification without prior notice.
• Goods may differ from pictures in our catalogue without obligation on Groupe Sports-Inter plus.
• No part of this catalogue can be reproduced or copied in any form or by any means without written permission from the company. Offenders will be prosecuted.
