After-sales service

Our after-sales service include:

• We offer you 1 year warranty protection for the damaged or defects products.
• The product warranty covers only the product itself, the freight to return the goods will be paid by the customer.
• A 15% restocking charge could be applied.
• Shipping or stock shortage has to be reported within 10 days after the reception of the order.
• When you asking us the shipping delay for your back ordered products, we keep 24 to 48 hours to contact our supplier(s) before being able to give you the shipping delay.
